I don't want to deny that it was there, but it was certainly not, you know, present in any of the many conversations I've heard Steve Bannon have about it, that I've had about it, that the, you know, I've been swimming in these waters doing very little else, talking about very little else since Christmas. And I don't think this is a big part of the movement.

I don't think it's significant in terms of that it represents why people feel so strongly about this.

Yeah, I think that's a good way. Yeah.

People are infuriated, infuriated. I've seen so many people. People have reached out to me personally to say, you know, wow, mask off moment from Elon. I used to admire him. I honestly think Vivek's political aspirations may have โ he may have really hurt himself by that long tweet thread about โ how Americans are addicted to mediocrity and have a culture of loserdom.

So I think that this is going to have a really big implication. You know, last time around, at some point, Ann Coulter, who was a huge proponent of Trump, one of the few people who predicted that he was going to win, she really turned on him because she felt that he sold out the controlling the border because basically Wall Street called him and were like, where are our slaves at?

You're doing too good a job there. And so he eased up some of the border restrictions. This is her narrative. And so she really turned on him. She got very angry. She supported DeSantis in the primary. So it's not like there wasn't sort of pro-business forces trying to influence Trump the first time around. He's much more focused this time around. He is much more intentional.

He's very, I mean, he's sort of like very laser focused on the agenda. So it'll be very interesting to see. I cannot predict who's going to win this. I think it's significant that Steve Bannon is talking about it so vigorously. Like, obviously, that signals that Trump, I think, to me, if I had to read that, I would say it signals Trump wants this debate to happen in the public sphere.
