More and more Trump voters are blaming him for the state of the economy.
New polling has led to some pretty interesting findings, and it's another little item that gives bad vibes for Republicans seeking reelection in the midterms.
Almost half, 46% of Americans, are saying the cost of living is the worst it's ever been in their lives.
Another 7% of his own voters say it's mostly him, some Biden.
One out of four Trump voters says the state of the economy is entirely or mostly his responsibility.
The economy isn't doing well, and without a massive change of direction, it's likely to get worse before the midterms.
And at least one in four Trump voters believes it's his fault.
That's going to impact the midterms.
It's the economy, stupid.
And when all the respondents were asked which party they thought was best prepared to bring down the cost of living, Democrats held a two-point lead.
There were some really interesting tidbits when you get down into the crosstabs about other questions.
