With the fat grafting, you're specifically made for underneath your eyes.
Just so people can understand when they're listening, what we mean is after you have a lower blepharoplasty, they move the little fat pads and they reposition them.
But because they've moved to herniation and the skin is quite loose still, even if you have a skin pinch, it can still be a little bit hollow afterwards.
Yeah, even with keeping the initial fat pads.
And sometimes you can still look hollow and you might like a fat top up.
So that's what I did because I was still after mine, love my result, but over time still noticed I was quite hollow.
So we had some fat and placed the fat kind of at the junction of where the tear trough meets the cheekbone and it just softened it right up.
I need to grow some fat so I can suck it out and stick it in my face.
Because I'm like, where am I going to get the fat from?
