Well, you may know this, but
I think one thing about Paul, you can see the physical skills, the size, the stuff, the command, the mix.
He's an elite competitor.
All that stuff you can probably see.
He's also got an engineer's mind.
That's what I've said to others in the past.
And literally, he comes from a family of engineers.
His parents are engineers.
His sister's an engineer.
But he really kind of thinks about things in that way.
So he dissects problems with an engineer's brain.
And I think that really helps him make adjustments really quickly.
He's a seeker of information.
It doesn't matter what it is.
Even if it's critical, if there's something he's not doing as well or didn't work, he wants to know that.
He doesn't shy away from it.
He wants the information so he can design a solution.
And he pretty much always does, you know, really quickly.
He's a lot of fun to be around.
He's also got a sneaky sense of humor.
