There was like out of that, all those teams, there's only a few guys who got off to really hard, hot starts.

And you think it would be the other way around because they were playing such competitive baseball.

But I think the lull in between the end of it and the start of the season kind of messed with guys a little bit.

You could sit there and have this tournament and then in four days knock out another.

games to get to a semifinal and a final on a Thursday and then start baseball back up that's fair on a Friday you know I I like that because then everybody's everybody's in prime they're prime shape they're not taking any time they're going right back into games afterwards and I think it would be great you could still do home run derby those guys that are playing the WBC half of them are in the home run derby anyways so it's like you could still do all of those things you know you could still have guys come in and do the home run derby if somebody's got 30 home runs but he's not playing the WBC guess what you get to do the derby like you

I think there is, you know, ways that they're always looking to just make this the best they can because I think we saw the best of the WBC this past spring, and I know they really want to build the momentum off that.
