I won't say impossible, but it's extremely hard in the U.S.

to be a small, independent physician practice.

You almost have to be part of a big company, whether that's a big corporate physician group or an insurer-led physician group.

And the reason is you need someone to take some of this administrative burden off of you.

You need someone to process your sludge.

Exactly.

And if you don't have that, you're not a doctor.

You're a sludge processor.
