Firstly, congratulations on actually proposing to do something about housing.

It's one of the big issues that I think underpins many of the challenges in this country.

The housing stock in Britain is quite poor, as you know.

Modern estates are cramped and are littered with cars.

How will you encourage enough people to shift their mindset and way of living

to live in the way that you propose.

It's hard enough getting people to consider electric cars, let alone a walking, cycling, public transport first city.
