I think it's been every step along the way, that's when you start looking at the next step. And so when Dan Campbell promoted me to tight ends coach, there was a point I was like, man, I love this job. I could do this for the next 20 years. This is great. But then eventually you're like, well, I would love to call plays too at some point. And so, well, you get the opportunity to do that.
