But when you look into the data, and Zillow had a nice report on this recently, a lot of those mismatched houses where you have older homeowners with a lot of extra bedrooms, a lot of those are located in in some of the Rust Belt cities, your Detroit's and your Buffalo's and cities like that. I think you've captured it well. Detroit's a city that was declining for basically 50 years, a really prolonged period of losing population. And that's very challenging for the built environment. You have a street grid. You have houses built everywhere. that are not able to be moved.
