One such privilege that the DOJ is claiming is a big one, deliberative process, which kind of eats the whole, if you will,

of the production where basically for those who don't know what a deliberative process basically, that's everything that takes place in a DOJ investigation.

When they deliberate in that process of internal communications in a typical criminal case,

because it would make no sense to give a criminal defendant the internal communications of the DOJ.
