Donald Trump also said that Chinese students are far more smarter than American students, which is why we need to bring in 600,000 Chinese students to fill spots in universities because Americans can't fill those spots at universities.

Marjorie Taylor Greene and others in MAGA were like, hey, Trump, that's not America first.

That seems to be China first or foreign countries first.
