You know, and it is a little bit reassuring to see the police department speaking this way.

I think that there's an important distinction to make between police departments and well-trained officers versus this ICE Gestapo, these untrained maniacs.

You know, basically these right-wing fascists that look like the brown shirt Nazis going around with the ICE agents versus police.

Police officers, well-trained, doing their job and understanding the First Amendment and not having these clear masculinity or testosterone issues that these ICE agents have, whatever the hell happened to them in their lives where they need to take it out on migrants, sick people, these ICE agents, sick, disgusting, sick, disgusting people, these ICE agents.

Really gross.

Austin Police Department also put out this statement.

The rally remained peaceful with no arrests reported.

We're grateful for our community and event organizers for coming together.

I think it's an important point.

Part of policing is building trust in the community.

And I think that that's an important thing.
