There is a 76,000-square-foot nursing home behind one of my blocks, immediately behind it. It's been abandoned for 20 years, and last week we tracked down the owner and told her we want to turn it into a treatment center.

It's certainly not this size. This is in the middle of the track. I mean, you're sandwiched between the Ho track and the Dope track right there. It's a perfect location to do this.
