And, you know, a lot of times what happened was you think you were dealing with the CEO or like the, you know, the investor.

And what happened to me a few times was like it was the mafia behind the deal or like, you know, Hells Angels or whoever was actually in the back owning all the stock with a straw man kind of in the front as a CEO.

Exactly.

And no, it's funny you say that because in my book, I talk about this lady called the Russian doll.

And it was essentially we got hired to do a marketing campaign.

They had the stock with my broker.

and um we did the the marketing campaign made a crazy amount of money that day like 600 grand we're all the strip club popping bottles uh the next day i'm at the doctor's office um and my office was in the back so we had a brokerage firm in the front and then i had a suite in the back of the building um so i go to the doctor's office i had something going on with my ears and um

I get back to my car and there's all my phones are lit up like 50 times.

My buddy is like my buddy Sandman and he's the broker in my book.

He goes, Ben, get your guns and get to the office like right now.

So I was like, what the hell is your guns?

Yeah.

He was like, does it sound very wall street?

Yeah.

So long story short, where I was at the doctor's office,

these two Russian guys came in total, like the movies, uh, black Mercedes, black, uh, leather gloves and jackets.

They locked my buddy and all his, uh, uh, girls that worked at the firm in the conference room for about an hour.

And they weren't going to let him go.

And, uh, they basically told salmon, like you have a meeting tomorrow in LA, um, come to dinner.
