So they would put all these OTC and pink sheet stocks, they would deposit at these different brokerage firms and basically keep the stock there and sell it overseas.

So they kept everything offshore.

Yeah, U.S.

Yeah, they were marketing all over the place.

I think it just limited their ability, but they obviously found a way around it.

Nothing was ever safe.

Right.

But a lot of the two, a lot of the guys that were marketing to invest us investors as well.

Um, but they were just, you know, hiding the money offshore, moving the money around.

Right.

Exactly.

Yeah.

Well, funny you say that.

So one of the one of the stories in my book, we go down to there's a there's a call room in Costa Rica, not Costa Rica, in Medellin, Colombia.

And it's this guy from Vancouver running the thing.

He's got a Colombian wife.

He's got a crazy house in Colombia, like tennis court, you know, like.

like total compound.

Um, so we were in his call room one day, like discussing business and stuff.

And they had a guy walking around with a silver platter, literally full of this guy's job at the office was just cutting.
