He wants this kind of superstructure that he controls.

It's kind of parallel international system.

This is like a much worse version of the Chinese building, uh,

You know, the Belt Road Initiative or something.

And no capacity to do anything.

And reminds you of the Venezuela thing when he's asked, well, who's going to run Venezuela?

And he's like, the guys behind me.

And it's like Rubio and Hegsa sitting there.

It's the same guys.

Every time there's anything where he's asked who runs something, it's always like Marco Rubio and, you know, we got Tony Blair membership here because that guy's just so desperate to be in the country club.

What is he thinking?

I mean, I know how many Hamilton stans we have out there, but he's got a bit of the Aaron Burr, like, all I want to do is be in the room where it happens vibe to that guy.

But I would say the Board of Peace doesn't seem like an actual threat to replace the UN because I have very little confidence it will do anything.

He clearly thinks it's kind of his roaming band of brothers that parachute in and I guess try to resolve conflicts but essentially just extract wealth and resources from places.
