So here's the question.

Does the deal actually accomplish any of those things?

And this is where what the VP is pitching and what the text allegedly says do not seem to match.

Like, at all.

All right, in a second, we'll get to all the elements of the deal, including nuclear development.

So does it do all the things that it's supposed to do?

First, every morning starts the same way.
