The Lebanese government is not, in fact, Hezbollah, and the Lebanese government does not want Iran running it.
In fact, according to Al-Monitor, which again is an Arabian outlet,
Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam said on Thursday that his government alone is responsible for negotiating an end to Israeli hostilities.
Negotiations must be conducted solely by the Lebanese state, so it's not up to Hezbollah.
Meanwhile, the president on Thursday night made clear that there will be no tolling in the Strait, no fees.
There are reports that Iran is charging fees to tankers through the Hormuz Strait.
They better not be, and if they are, they better stop now.

So the ceasefire was supposed to reopen the Strait.
Strait is still closed.
The Strait of Hormuz is allowing five, six ships a day through.
President Trump said, Iran is doing a very poor job, dishonorable, some would say, of allowing oil to go through the Strait of Hormuz.
