The team has talked a lot about your impact, even if you're not playing in a game, on maybe it's bringing people together outside of the ballpark or giving people energy while a game's going on.
Is that something that you feel like has always been a part of your game since you've been in the major leagues or something that you developed as you had more tenure at the major league level?
It seemed like very quickly you were seamlessly kind of in that dynamic in the room and with the guys.
Can you take me back to the day that the Poojays acquired you and what your thoughts were like when you heard about that?
Do you feel like that close-knit part of the team or that togetherness helped you guys win more games and get further last year beyond just the talent that you guys had on the field?

You came back a little bit bigger this year, it seemed.
What was your offseason program like, and were you going into the offseason thinking that you want to add a little bit of mass and potentially bring that onto the field with you?
Do you work at a local facility too, or is your local Crunch Fitness kind of your spot in the offseason?
Last one for you.
What is it like working out alongside Addison Barger?
Does it push you?
Does it raise or lower your confidence in what you're lifting?
Well, as we're speaking in Tampa, hopefully he's going to be back pretty soon.
Excited to see both you guys, different types of body types and weightlifters on the field soon.
Thanks for the time, Myles.
Coverage of Blue Jays baseball continues.
I'm Ben Schulman alongside Blue Jays right-handed pitcher Trey Savage.
Trey, thanks so much for the time.
How are you doing?
