with Okamoto where he probably should have taken charge, but has held his own in left field, I think, a little bit more than a lot of people would have expected, too.
So he's come up to the big leagues, kind of like the guy behind the plate, too, Valenzuela, has come up to the big leagues with more seasoning than I think you would have expected.
I mean, you have to have him in the top four.
Yeah, I think if he's anything like last time, it's going to go pretty similar.
I thought that he had his best stuff of the season last time.
He really, you know, was in and around the zone enough to really get those chases that he had to from the Yankees.
And this is a team that I think he can prey on a little bit of the potential youth and aggressiveness of it.
The one thing I will say, though, is they run a lot and they're very athletic and willing to steal bases.
They lead the majors in stolen bases.
and he might not be the easiest guy for a catcher to help control the run game with.
A lot of his pitches are in the dirt.
You know, he's obviously a bit funky.
It's not the fastest motion to home plate of all time.
It's not the slowest either, but not the fastest, so...
I do think it's important for him to get early outs in innings.
If you get, you know, guys like Xavier Edwards or Estee Uri Ruiz causing a little bit of havoc on the bases and then balls are in play and things are happening, that could be a little bit of trouble.
But I like his swing and miss kind of style against this team because I think they're the type of team that can prey on your defense.
And the Blue Jays are missing, you know, a gold glove caliber first baseman tonight in Vladimir Guerrero Jr.,
It is weird because, I mean, you could say relievers are not as good as starters, and I think that broadly is true.
If they could start, probably teams would start them.
