Eventually with him and Vlad hitting the way that they are right now, I do think the Blue Jays will score a little bit more.
The 12 hits and only scoring two runs is a negative thing in their finale, but the 12 hits were good.
I mean, they had a lot of guys have good offensive days.
They just did not string it together or come up with it when it mattered most.
Yeah, it's funny.
You know, I don't remember seeing him a lot like this over the years, probably since 2023 when, you know, he was coming off the bench more sporadically.
I'm hoping for him, you know, a little more continued playing time going forward.
I do think that that'll help.
And when he's good, it's fighting off a lot of pitches.
It's battling out a pitcher until he eventually gets a mistake.
It's going the other way a lot.
I think drawing pitchers to throw him stuff on the outside edge and then slapping it through that left side because for some reason they always seem to shift him.
But this is not something we've seen from him in a very long time.
Whether it's been at AAA or the major league level, over the last several years, he's been a very high contact hitter.

how well he's done over his whole pro career.
But it's been a bit of a tough thing for the Blue Jay offense because he was so steady and consistent last year.
