Obviously had cotton on to the idea that he wants to be a coach quite early in his career as well, had done his coaching badges.

And then he was at Leicester with Riva Nistelrooy and working as a coach there and learning from someone like, you know, the Dutch school as well.
It was clever enough not to take that job.
