Yeah, so, sure, we have the different rules in the Team Time Trial at the Dauphiny, where it's the time of the first rider that counts, or at least the time of each individual rider counts, versus the normal TTT rules, where it's the time of the fourth rider that counts.

So you don't have that aspect of a Team Time Trial, so you don't necessarily need four riders to ride the Team Time Trial, but it's still dumb to have it that late.
