But that is classic Ireland though, isn't it?
Like, I think ourselves and Britain, right, are the only countries that call a sauce by its colour.
Do you know what I mean?
So it's like kind of brown sauce, red sauce, white sauce, green sauce, right?
And it's like, what?
I remember being in France as a teenager years ago and we're all in Strasbourg and a couple of lads were asking for red sauce and the French waiters and waitresses were going, red sauce, red sauce, red.
And it was only one of the women said, tomato ketchup.
Oh yeah, tomato ketchup, yeah.
So brown sauce, red sauce, white sauce, green sauce, yeah.
Oh, do you ever have the green sauce?
Well, the Cockneys love it, Danny.
They have it with the eel and mash and chips.
It's peas, isn't it?
It's just a pea.
It's liquor.
And I've heard them call it green sauce.
Yeah, not the brand chef, but made by chefs.
