So not only that day happened,
I lost a side of me that was basically holding on too much of
life that I had the time to be myself.
Life is so short.
And here is an amazing woman, Christine Braswell, who was out and proud and lesbian, like just living her life in her early 40s.
And she lost her life in such a young age.
And then here I am alive and I'm not even living my true self.
That was the light switch.
That was the indicator that
Man, I almost died straight and not actually pursuing a life that I know is for me.
How confronting.
It was the scariest thing ever.
And the funny thing is that when I did come out to like first my friends, my sister, when I told my sister, she was like, I told her that I was bi.
You know, that soft launch.
The soft coming out.
I told her, I was like, I'm bi.
And she was like, oh, that's it?
And I'm like...
I was shocked by that answer.
I told my friends, they were like, oh my gosh, we love you.
