And I don't I and I could be like, I guess I'm a romantic.

But part of me is just like, I want to be able to have this.

So that's a big deal for me.

I've talked with a builder, which he just goes to my church, so it's nothing formal, but he said that it's going about $180 per square foot, and so the house that I've planned or whatever, sketched, whatever, is like about 1,800 square feet, so it would be like $300 something.
