I mean, it came out with Modern Love, and now it's out with this book and you reading the book.

And you've been kind of in the spotlight your whole life, and you might want to tell us a little bit about your family.

But does this feel like you're in the spotlight again?

Talk to me about the ospreys.

These birds resided outside of your home on Martha's Vineyard, and you and James watched them every year.

But you also used the ospreys as a literary device, as a metaphor for your own experience.

Can you talk a little bit about that?

You mentioned this earlier, but one name was mentioned earlier in the book, and it didn't come up again until much later.

And I have to tell you, I kept thinking about Greg and the feedback he gave you during your writing seminar in college.

And even though he wasn't mentioned throughout, I found myself really upset with him throughout this book.

His words prevented you from following your dreams for decades.

You were shy, yet you wanted to be a writer.

How did your voice finally rise above his?

This feels like a departure, but it also seems timely.

Can you talk to me about your pro bono work as an immigration lawyer?

Has it evolved through the years?
