And I have all these amazing, and everybody in our comments, and I have all these amazing people around me and I pay attention.

adapt and pivot because he points out in there like, Hey, if you had this job and that job was starting to go away, there was a runway of you transitioning into maybe blue collar or white collar.
In fact, that's not that it went away, but that's what my dad did.
He was blue collar and then went to white collar and had a very successful career, uh, in it all the way up through, you know, executive level and things like that.
