There is a difference in doing it person to person.

I do think that we need to have a larger conversation about the value of the gestation, the human warming the conversation.
And ironically, Brian, I think sales has a better handle on that than most other jobs or industry functions, right?
Because sales actually understands there's a whole process involved.

Yeah, I think, so these things do exist.
From what I've seen, they're more marketed as smart forms.
So type list by type form, right?
You pay $60 a month and you get 250 conversations.
And that for me sort of identifies the problem with this because this isn't an innovation at the level of the interview process.
Like you're missing the design and the analysis if that's what you're doing.
And in my opinion, I'm not associated with them in any way, but that price, the $250 for $60 is too high for that to be a real research project because you need way more than 250 respondents.
And maybe real research budgets would cover that.
