There is a certain subset of people that this is directed to, and other people are going to need to find something else.

Maybe they are also vibe coding while they're, I don't know, Ubering, like driving in a gig economy or doing something like that.

One of the double messages that I'm hearing is in that addressing those people who are just coming out of college, what do we recommend that you do?

People are not hiring, or the expectation is that the opportunities for the entry-level roles are lowering and disappearing.

But at the same time, they are wanting people who are

AI native digitally, right?

Like who didn't train on another set of tools.

They've only coded with AI or they've only created, you know, a full marketing campaign with AI or whatever it is that they're doing with AI.

Those folks are in high demand and will continue to be.

Because all of the people like our brains have things to unlearn so that we can learn what's happening.

But all of it does seem to be the trend that has been continuing or that has been started even before AI and is continuing.

It is on the job seeker to prove that they can do the job already now.

more than it is the company's job to bring people in and train them.
