I'm excited to be here.

Yeah, definitely.

So with the auctioneer competition, as it's I'm sure the same across the board across Australia, but we all competed in July, I think it was.

There was four of us in the novice category and then there were six other auctioneers in the seniors category.

So I'd have to say that the competition itself, when we did that, that was probably one of the most daunting times.

days of my career.

So it was really exciting to go to the awards and actually see what the outcome was of that competition.

It was a really wonderful night and it was great to see so many people celebrate it.

And of course, I'm very relieved and excited to have gotten that Novice Auctioneer Competition win.

No, no, it was actually really well represented by females this year.

There were three females in the novice category.

So three of the four were females.

And then we had two females in the seniors category as well.

Yeah, so I started with Home by Holly and in real estate in the beginning of 2020, right before COVID hit.

And I thought, God, what have I done?

A new career in the middle of a pandemic.

But that turned out wonderfully.

And then during the pandemic, when we were in lockdown last year, was when the conversation shifted to us maybe starting to call some auctions in-house.

And I'd always loved the idea of calling auctions.
