It's going to sound very meta maybe.

When I started at Bunk, I was a support employee.

So I actually started answering tickets.

And the great thing about Bunk is that we really look at your ability to solve problems, not necessarily at your background or whatnot.

So I grew quite quickly within the company to the point where I am today.

I got a lot of guidance from our founder and CEO Ali on that.

And he always used to tell me that he was so proud when he saw me solving something on my own in a way that perhaps he would have done differently.

And I noticed that I now got to that point in which I'm looking at the people in my team the way he was looking at me, where I'm like, I'm so proud.

You're doing a great job, better than I ever could.

How many?

I actually, I changed my approach to holidays.

Before I would take, I don't know, two holidays a year and then for two weeks or three weeks, I don't know.

I noticed that that doesn't really satisfy me.

So I tried to focus more on every, take a long weekend every six weeks and then plan another long holiday.

I know, it was fun.
