There's the fan aspect of it all, of that moment.

cashews and basements and Russian like there's yeah it gets headlined by a statement right was like it was it was always so puzzling from everyone from the outside like we keep drafting in the top 10 you're drafting all these guys that look really credible you're signing them to long-term deals because you believe in them and then something just was never clicking and I like the the way he talked about it there of as we've detailed to like hey rebuilds are fun but it's somewhere along the way like everyone gets impatient

because you can't just keep doing it for five six seven years the point of rebuilding is to go win and at some point people that have skin in the game want to go win

And that detailing there of when they decided to kind of push the button, how did everyone handle it?

Because the pressure, the temperature gets hot when you start wanting to say, okay, now this is about winning.

We have to go win.

And how apparently he handled that fairly poorly.

But there's always a demand at some point, whether it's from ownership, whether it's from management.

You have to push the thing forward at some stage.

It can't be a theory of rebuild.

It has to be, okay, now we're competitive.
