But the big thing is, you know, for the analytics trend that everyone wants, and I certainly want as well, for teams to start adopting, it's more important of, like, what not to do than it is, oh, how to achieve all the success.

The ranting and deal in particular for Carolina was, hey, we need this home run superstar style player.

And I still think that's a necessary component.

But what Carolina's greatest value is, they don't miss a lot.

And so they are able to plug in the holes so well on top of drafting well and having these guys come through.

But they are finding consistently credible players all throughout their lineup.

And

when they kind of mature some of these players, then they're sent out and they can get some pieces in, like Keandre Miller.

There was a player, Scott Morrow, that a lot of people in this city wanted for a long time because, hey, he's an interesting player, good profile, right-handed prospect, important positional value.
