I went down to Milwaukee, started training with Anthony Pettis and the guys at Rufus Sport. And at the time, he was the champion. So I started learning more from those guys, seeing how they do it.

And I think it just helped me build a system of what works for me and how we do it. And I think like right now, the structure that I have, we do a hard session in the morning.
