Almost 30 years of my NFL career and I never had a general manager title.
That was never important to me.
I didn't care about what the title is.
You just you do the job that you have to do.
So I see that.
But for me.
When I look back at it retrospectively, Shane, the big thing was I was so low on the totem pole that I did all the jobs at the very bottom of the organization.
I shot film.
I lined the fields.
I moved equipment out there.
I ran off Xerox copies.
I, you know, made notebooks.
I sharpened pencils.
