So there's a spectrum of when I'm testing my own thinking and I see some flaw, I'm like, oh, you're so dumb. I've got to think better. So I'm very tough on myself. If it's a group of engineers at Microsoft that I've worked with for 10 years and who know I think they're smart and we're in it together, we're going to win or lose together. And there's no doubt of that.

From the 80s and 90s, there's some good footage. But we have very limited time. The stuff I agree with, there's no need to mention. So when I moved from Microsoft, where it's really top engineers, And some of the people sitting in the meeting would be people who work in the field. Their genius is often a softer set of skills than thinking all the numbers through that this could be 10%.
