I mean, we have a total list of 30,000, but I think it's like I checked this morning.

So I'd be an accurate number of guy with you.

And investors, you know, guys who are in their 401k or they're investing in stocks and like, Hey, I want to also diversify and do real estate as well.

So we don't claim to be like, you're going to go on the site and buy something right away.

Like we're a pre due diligence tool.

And then you're going to go double check the numbers, use the sliders on the detail page.

I don't know if you went to the detail page, not yet, but, um,

you know, then go out with a realtor, kick the tires, make some offers.

So we're really that starting point, that pre-dedulgence tool so they can get to the right place quicker and save them
