Now, ancillary, everybody knows the midterms are coming up, and Americans will largely vote on a motion and how they are feeling about their financial portfolio.

But the president believes that he will be victorious in the next month or so, which is into April, which is into China with Xi.

I'm not as pessimistic as many Americans are.
