THE LAWSUIT WAS BASED ON WHETHER THE SCHOOL'S BOARD OF TRUSTEES VIOLATED FLORIDA'S SUNSHINE LAW WHEN IT VOTED TO GIVE AWAY THE LAND WITHOUT PROVIDING REASONABLE NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC.
