best case scenario is just like you know get in a fetal position and hope that that ball doesn't hit you and just stop exactly right don't let that thing touch you in any way because you're not going to make a miraculous catch even if you do it's kind of like wow you averted disaster there better not to even try to touch it and just let that ball roll into the 10 yard line five yard line whatever and at least you keep possession because that went about as poorly as it could
