Well, one book I've been reading in parallel to Mammoth actually has been James Bradley's Ghost Species, which I know you talked about in the show a couple of weeks ago.
It's a wonderful book, and in many ways it is a beautiful pair to Mammoth in the sense that it picks up in a way where Mammoth leaves off, and that's with reimagining the resurrection of extinct species.
Indeed, yeah.
It's a wild ride, but it's also beautifully...
It's very, very human and it's kind of a mix between the Clown of the Cave Bear meets Lauren Isley's The Last Neanderthal meets Mammoth meets Heather Rose's Bruny.
It's hard to pin down because it's a lovely mishmash but also a beautiful exploration of ideas that James Bradley has been exploring in his non-fiction as well about climate change, about
The future of our interactions with animals and with other people.
Indeed, and there was a great piece in the Mianjin a few months ago.
