And then turned around and went, I think, Mach 1.18 down the corridor.

One of my personal goals is to be qualified to fly at, by the time it's ready to fly.

We've been through a few iterations on how we do the team.
I've come to the conclusion that the debate was, do you hire young people who are bold and smart and work hard but are inexperienced, or do you hire been-there-done-that-before professionals?
Initially, we sort of oscillated between those two.
