We actually put an engineer in charge of recruiting.
It was this guy that we hired.
He had been a SpaceX manufacturing engineer.
He had been something like a six-year boom vet, had done a whole bunch of work on XB1.
He built the flight sim for Overture.
He was building the engine test facility.
I took a walk with him about two, three months ago.
I said, Nate, I'm going to ask you to do something different.
You're going to think I'm crazy.
I'm going to ask you to run HR.
And he's like, you're right.
