What I will say is, I think the CDC or whoever, when they were doing one of their obesity warnings, they were commenting on how much TV Americans watched, and they were suggesting you should be more active, and one of their ways to suggest being more active for the truly hopeless watch 40 hours of TV a week was try playing video games instead, because you at least move your hands.
