And to make the comparison, Charlie, to Hawaii, there's not that many people that live where the Lahaina incident happened in Maui. There is a ton of people who live within that immediate geography of where this has happened. And so you're going to have a lot more vocal, a lot more angry, a lot of wealthy people, uh, who, uh, who have, have a lot to lose, uh, generational type wealth.

you know the the california coastal commission is made up of people who are appointed by the governor and the senate and in the state and the assembly that's who makes it up and they've been run by democrats so they those people take direct orders everything you just you just said is basically the voice box of gavin newsom because they take direct orders from these people they don't they don't hop skip or jump without running it by the senate the assembly because they could get yanked or replaced probably pretty quickly
