So usually that type of language when we hear it in the United States, we would refer to that as CRT or critical race theory.

So these are typically policies and DEI is a similar related policy at DEI. corporations and you see these in schools and the military and many different large organizations and institutions throughout the United States. here's what's crazy in South Africa, they have it literally written into their constitution. So that means it's like, it's like in their bill of rights.
