Jay's disappearance was now public.

He told police that hours after Jay went missing, he found Jay's car in an illegal parking spot.

We learned that his car was towed from Molly Bar Trails Apartments.

Molly Bar Trails, an apartment complex about two and a half miles from Jay's place.

But it was off campus and out of the jurisdiction of University Police.
