Now, defense attorney Kevin Horan was about to tell the jury what evidence prosecutors did not have.
Horan launched his attack on the prosecution's case, telling the jury there was no evidence in Tim's apartment that he murdered Jay.
Horan made sure the jury knew investigators hadn't found anything in that moving truck or on the wheelbarrow and shovel.
We did not get the box truck until July 26th, I believe.
It appeared visually that any of those things had occurred to the box truck, right?
But there was one piece of evidence that was difficult to explain away.
