The argument is that the speed mattered.
Like, for example, Jisoo told me over there, women's education levels ramped up like extremely fast.
They see that this change happened really fast.
And in the U.S., it happened, but it just happened slower because the U.S.
has been, like, stronger economically for longer.
There's been more time for adjustments to be made.
